Tuesdays: 6:30pm-8:00pm

Fellowship. Encouragement. Brotherhood.

Men’s Group is a time for men to get together, build friendships, encourage one another, and strengthen each other through the challenges of life. It’s a relaxed environment where we can talk honestly, share what we’re going through, pray for one another, and remind each other that we don’t have to walk through life alone.

What to Expect:

Real Conversation

We talk about real life. Work, family, relationships, struggles, victories, and everything in between. You don’t have to pretend that everything is going perfectly.

Encouragement

We believe men need other men who will listen, encourage them, and challenge them when necessary. Our goal is to build each other up and help one another keep moving forward.

Prayer

We take time to pray for one another and the things we’re facing. Sometimes that means celebrating what God is doing, and sometimes it means carrying a burden together.

Fellowship

One of the best parts of Men’s Group is getting to know other Christian men and building friendships that extend beyond the group. We want to be men who can laugh together, support one another, and be there for each other when life gets difficult.

Where Are We Meeting?

Our Men’s Group location varies from week to week. Sometimes we meet at the church, and sometimes we meet for Taco Tuesday at a local Mexican restaurant.

If you’re planning to visit, we recommend texting Pastor Drew beforehand to make sure you know where we’re meeting that week.

Bible Study
Wednesday: 6:00pm-8:00pm

Study the Word. Grow in Christ.

Wednesday Bible Study is an opportunity to slow down, open God’s Word, and dig deeper into Scripture together. We take time to understand what the Bible says, consider what it means, and think about how God’s truth should shape the way we live.

What to Expect:

Biblical Teaching

We work through Scripture verse by verse, and sometimes even word by word, taking time to understand what the Bible actually says and means. We consider the context, connect Scripture with Scripture, and look at how God’s truth applies to our lives. 

Questions & Discussion

Questions and discussion are an important part of our Bible study. We encourage everyone to ask questions, share their thoughts, and interact with the text as we study. Our goal is for everyone to leave with a better understanding of Scripture and to feel like they genuinely gained something from the study.

You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you would like. Some people enjoy jumping into the discussion, while others prefer to listen and take it all in. There is no pressure to speak or read aloud. We want you to feel comfortable learning at your own pace.

Bring Your Bible

We encourage everyone to bring their own Bible and become familiar with it, but you do not need to own a Bible to attend. Bibles are available for anyone who needs one.

Any Bible translation is welcome. Pastor Drew teaches from the King James Version (KJV), but our group regularly uses a variety of translations, including the KJV, NIV, ESV, and NKJV. Bring the Bible you are most comfortable reading.

Where Are We Meeting?

We meet at the church ( 79 E Locust St) in the fellowship hall.

Park in the back parking lot and follow the handicap ramp along the N. Walnut Street side of the building down to the fellowship hall entrance.
