We believe church leadership is a calling to serve, not simply to lead. Our desire is to serve the members of First Baptist and faithfully reach our community with the Gospel, leading with humility, wisdom, and discernment. We seek to follow Christ as He is revealed in Scripture, grow in His character, and equip others to do the same.
